Welcome
St. Peter's Church is on the north side of Shipley about a mile from the town centre. We try to be a welcoming and friendly Christian community. We believe each of us is important to God and we try to show this in our worship and activities. We welcome new faces, and hope that you will quickly feel part of us and able to join in at your own pace with any of the activities on Sundays and during the week. If you are just asking questions, a new Christian or have been a Christian for some time the services and activities can help you to make Jesus Christ relevant today. We are glad that you are interested in St. Peter's and look forward to getting to know you better.
If you are new to St. Peter's
Going to a new place can be very intimidating. We have attempted to answer some of your questions. Please know we will make every effort to make sure your first experience is worry free. We look forward to meeting with you and becoming friends.

Daily Bible Verse.
Ephesians 6:12-13
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”
